摘要
针对某矿中厚煤层综采工作面倾角过大的开采条件,通过在普通倾角综采设备的基础上对液压支架、运输机及采煤机等综采设备进行改进,满足了大倾角煤层的机械化综合开采,并通过对外部运输设备的改进,解决了大倾角条件下煤炭下滑等问题,对类似条件煤层的开采具有较好的参考价值。
In view of the mining conditions of medium-thick seam fully mechanized mining face with excessive dip angle,the hydraulic support,conveyor and shearer are improved on the basis of general dip-angle fully mechanized mining equipment to meet the mechanized comprehensive mining of high dip-angle coal seam.Through the improvement of external transport equipment,the problems of coal slide under high dip-angle condition are solved.The mining of piece coal seam has good reference value.
