摘要
为了解决兑镇煤矿深部巷道的支护问题,实现安全高效的生产,通过对巷道围岩进行力学分析,将松动圈理论应用到巷道的支护上,尤其是强度低、采动波及范围大的三软巷道的支护,并结合工程实际,提出了先锚后架、待变让压的支护原则,以避免支护强度失当和控制范围过小而造成的安全隐患,同时探索了深部围岩变形的原因和影响,为解决巷道反复维修造成的安全和经济问题提供参考。
In order to solve the support problem of deep roadway in Tuizhen Coal Mine and realize safe and efficient production,through mechanical analysis of surrounding rock of roadway,the theory of loosening circle is applied to the support of roadway,especially the support of three soft roadways with low strength and wide mining sweep.Combining with engineering practice,the supporting principles of first anchor,second support and variable yielding pressure are put forward to avoid strong support.At the same time,the causes and effects of deep surrounding rock deformation are explored to provide reference for solving the safety and economic problems caused by repeated maintenance of roadways.
