为适用市场需求,常规的半消光PET产品供大于求。为争夺市场,开发的全消光PET直纺产品占据了市场先机,由于全消光产品中添加的消光剂TIO2是半光产品的10倍,外加辅剂量偏多,熔体输送过程中温升大,降解多,后纺的满卷率一直不高,本文主要探讨了通过增加熔体冷却器,降低熔体温度,减少熔体在输送过程的粘度下降,来提高后纺的满卷率。
