摘要
对于FZ/T30003-2009《麻棉混纺产品定量分析方法显微投影法》中的几处关键点:退浆、取样、制片、直径测量进行了探讨。得出淀粉酶退浆结合超声波技术可以有效地祛除浆料、分散纤维;结合工作实际列举了3类样品的取样方式,提出了更加快捷简便的制片方法,大大提高了样品测试的准确度和工作效率。
Discussion on several key points(Desizing、sampling、production and diameter measurement) of FZ/T30003-2009《Method for quantitative analysis of ramie cotton blended textile-Micro projection》. The conclusion is amylase desizing together with ultrasonic technology can effectively remove slurry and dispersion fiber;Combined with working practice illustrates three kinds of the sampling way of the sample、more fast and convenient production method is proposed. Greatly improve the accuracy and efficiency on sample testing.
