摘要
为了提高机床用球墨铸铁件的弹性模量,采用树脂砂铸造工艺,加入不同含量的铜元素(0~1.1%)制备球墨铸铁单铸Y型试块,通过拉伸试验、硬度试验、光学显微镜和扫描电镜研究了铜元素对铸态球墨铸铁显微组织和弹性模量的影响。结果表明,添加不同含量铜元素的球墨铸铁的弹性模量为164~177 GPa,随铜含量增加,弹性模量持续升高并趋于稳定,含0.9%Cu球墨铸铁的弹性模量较高,为176.7 GPa;铜元素通过影响球墨铸铁的珠光体而影响其弹性模量,铜能显著促进珠光体形成并减小珠光体层片间距,有利于提高球墨铸铁的弹性模量;含0.5%~0.9%Cu的球墨铸铁有良好的球化效果、较高的珠光体含量、高的抗拉强度、硬度和弹性模量,其力学性能达到QT600-3的指标要求。
In order to improve the elastic modulus of ductile iron used for machine tool,Y blocks with different copper content( 0-1.1%)were prepared by using resin sand casting process.The influence of copper on microstructure and elastic modulus of as-cast ductile iron was investigated by tensile test,hardness test,metallographic microscopy and scanning electron microscopy( SEM) analysis.The results indicate that the elastic modulus of ductile iron with different content of Cu is 164-177 GPa.With increasing copper content,the elastic modulus increases,then keeps stable.Ductile iron with 0.9% Cu has the highest elastic modulus( 176.7 GPa) comparing with others.Copper elements affect elastic modulus of ductile iron mainly through affecting the pearlite.Copper can significantly promote pearlite forming and decrease pearlite lamellar distance,which benefits for improving the elastic modulus of ductile iron.The ductile iron with0.5%-0.9% Cu has good spheroidizing effect,and the pearlite content,tensile strength,hardness and the elastic modulus of the ductile iron are high.The mechanical properties meet the requirements of QT600-3.
