摘要
为了有效控制GCr15轴承钢中的液析碳化物,采用gleeble 1500热模拟实验和变形热处理实验,研究了高温变形对其液析碳化物溶解行为的影响。结果表明,GCr15轴承钢的热轧温度越高,液析碳化物越少。液析碳化物经过热轧破碎后可以在950℃快速溶解,碳化物均匀性显著改善。
In order to control the liquation carbides in GCr15 bearing steel,Gleeble 1500 and heat treatment after hot rolling were conducted to discuss the relationship between the liquation carbide and high temperature deformation.The results show that higher rolling temperature of GCr15 steel can decrease the amount of the liquation carbides.The liquation carbides in the steel can dissolve quickly after deformation at 950 ℃.
