摘要
采用复合溶胶-凝胶改性技术制备空间网络Al2O3/YSZ-Al2O3复合涂层,该涂层由具有空间网络结构的Al2O3包覆颗粒状YSZ和Al2O3组成。为了深入分析涂层的抗高温氧化性能,本文提出一种基于计算复合材料电阻值的类比模型,计算在本研究中所定义的材料扩散阻值,以实现对该涂层中氧扩散行为的定量分析。结果显示,采用基于涂层简化模型的该分析方法能够合理解释复合涂层在高温循环氧化过程所观测到的实验现象。
The spatial-network Al2O3/YSZ-Al2O3composite coatings,which were composed of YSZ particles covered with spatial-network Al2O3blanket,were prepared by a modified composite sol-gel technology. In order to analyze high-temperature oxidation resistance of the composite coatings,an analogy model was established based on calculating electric resistance of composites to calculate diffusion resistance,defined in this study,of material,so as to quantitatively analyze behavior of oxygen diffusion in the coatings. The results show that the phenomena observed for the coatings during high-temperature cyclic oxidation can be explained reasonably by the analysis method based on the simplified model of the composition coatings.
