摘要
大型精密工业设备的变形检测具有目标尺寸大、精度要求高、绝对定位难等特点,使得常规单一的检测方法难以满足要求。因此,通过对已有测量方法的改进与组合,研究出一种高效率且高精度的大型精密工业设备变形量检测方法。使用工业摄影测量系统、激光跟踪仪、高精度全站仪相结合的技术,通过自主研发的相机辅助拍摄伸缩杆,在不同姿态与温度条件下可以对目标设备进行全面快速的数据采集,进而解算出重力差异与温度差异导致的变形量。考虑到摄影测量成果是局部独立坐标系,缺乏与国家大地坐标系的关联,将激光跟踪仪建立的局部重力水平坐标系作为过渡,实现了摄影测量坐标系到CGCS2000国家大地坐标系的高精度转换方法。实验证明,该方法具备数据采集容易、检测精度可靠、坐标能够统一等优点,对大型精密工业设备制造与检测技术提升具有重要意义。
The deformation detection of large precision industrial equipment has the characteristics of large target size,high precision and absolute positioning,making the conventional single detection method difficult to meet the requirements.Therefore,through the improvement and combination of existing measurement methods,an efficient and high-precision deformation detection method for large precision industrial equipment is developed.Using the industrial photogrammetry system and the camera telescopic rod to realize comprehensive and rapid data acquisition of the target equipment under different attitude and temperature conditions,and then to calculate the deformation caused by gravity difference and temperature difference.Considering that the photogrammetry is in a local independent coordinate system and lacks the correlation with the external geodetic coordinate system,the laser tracker is used to obtain the seven parameters of the internal and external coordinate systems.The experimental results show that,the method has the advantages of easy data acquisition,reliable detection accuracy and uniform coordinate system,which is of great significance to the manufacture and inspection of large precision industrial equipment.
