摘要
针对南京市房产测绘工作中地下室和半地下室的认定与分摊经常出现的一些问题进行分析,比照《房产测量规范》(GB/T17986-2000)、江苏省地方标准《房屋面积测算技术规程》和《不动产登记暂行条例》等文件,借鉴其他地方房产测绘实施细则,提出了应对措施。
According to the identification and assessment of basement and semibasement in Nanjing realeste surveying and mapping work, and according to the Regulations, Provincial Regulations, Provisional Regulations on Real Estate Registration,as well as other real estate mapping implementation details,it put forward the corresponding measures to address these issues and some of their own views.
