本文从国外绿色债券评估认证基本框架出发,介绍了国外评估认证业务的开展情况,最后结合国内情况分析了开展评估认证业务的未来方向。
The article examines the framework for evaluating and certifying green bonds in overseas markets. It also describes the development of green bonds and their evaluation and certification in the domestic market.
