摘要
党的十九大报告提出"推进绿色发展"。本文构建了一个包含绿色金融、环境污染和绿色经济增长的内生增长模型,考察了绿色金融对绿色经济发展的影响。在此基础上,以广西为例,对广西绿色金融,包括绿色信贷、绿色债券、绿色保险和绿色基金等发展情况进行全面研究,分析存在的制约因素,在借鉴美国绿色金融发展经验的基础上,提出广西绿色金融发展的对策建议,为广西及其它类似省份发展绿色金融提供政策建议。
The report of the 19 th CPC put forward green development. Finance is the core of modern economy, and China actively encourages the green finance to support the development of green economy. This paper constructs an endogenous growth model that includes green finance, environmental pollution and green economic growth, and examines the impact of green finance on green economy development. On this basis, taking Guangxi as an example, this paper makes a comprehensive study on the development of green finance, including green credit, green bond, green insurance and green fund,analyzes the existing restrictive factors, then makes suggestions on the development of green finance in Guangxi according to the US experience of green finance development, provides policy recommendations to facilitate further development of green finance in Guangxi and other similar provinces.
