摘要
为有效防范国库资金风险,2016年新疆国库部门通过对代理银行办理集中支付业务的基本情况与主要模式进行摸底与调研,梳理出当前开展国库监管的难点,进而提出通过完善制度、创新监管等手段提升对集中支付代理银行监管的对策建议。
For the effective prevention of national treasury risk, in 2016, the Xinjiang Treasury Department(Attached to the Urumqi central sub-branch of the people's Bank of China) conducted a thorough investigation and Research on the basic situation and the main mode of centralized payment agent banks, combed out the current difficulties in carrying out treasury supervision, and then put forward through improving the system, innovation, supervision and other means to improve centralized payment agent bank supervision countermeasures.
