县域地区房地产去库存政策建议——以辽宁为例

摘要 当前我国县域地区房地产库存压力严重,解决县域地区房地产库存问题,无论是对我国房地产市场的健康发展,还是对经济金融稳定,都具有重要意义。当前应加大调控力度,防止县域房地产库存压力向就业、金融以及上下游行业传导,影响金融平稳运行。一是要创新信贷品种,灵活掌握信贷政策,保持信贷政策的连续性;二是加强县域基础设施建设,严控土地供应的规模和结构,进一步完善财政、税收等配套措施,稳定市场预期。 Our county areas of real estate stock are highest level in history,Solve the county areas of real estate inventory problem,both for the healthy development of China's real estate market,or for economic and financial stability,it is of great significance.The current regulation should increase efforts to prevent pressures conduction from the county real estate inventory to employment,finance,and upstream and downstream industries,so as not to affect the smooth operation of financial.First,we must breed innovation credit,flexibly utilize credit policy to maintain the continuity of credit policy;the second is to strengthen the infrastructure construction of county,strictly controlling the size and structure of land supply,to further improve the financial,tax and other supporting measures to stabilize market expectations.
