摘要 目的 :观察人骨髓间充质干细胞 (mesenchymalstemcells,MSCs)在体外培养的生物学特性和作为组织工程的种子细胞的可能性 .方法 :将人骨髓MSCs自骨髓中分离、纯化和培养 ,观察原代和传代培养的增殖及生长特征 .结果 :原代培养及传代培养显示 ,在体外培养条件下人骨髓MSCS有活跃的增殖能力 .结论 :体外获得的人骨髓MSCs的生物年龄较为年轻 。 AIM: To investigate the biological character of human bone marrow derived mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) in vitro and to observe the feasibility of using MSCs as seed cells in tissue engineering. METHODS: Human MSCs were isolated from bone marrow and purified by centrifuge and cultured in vitro . The proliferation and growth characteristics of human bone marrow derived MSCs were observed in primary and passage culture. RESULTS: Human bone marrow derived MSCs showed active proliferation capacity in vitro in primary and passage cultures. CONCLUSION: Cells derived from human bone marrow derived MSCs have been successfully cultured, which have relatively young biological age and can be used as seed cells for tissue engineering.
