摘要
实验通过对云南中甸采集的新鲜冬虫夏草全株进行菌种的分离、纯化 ,并与云南丽江采集分离的冬虫夏草进行比较。该实验成功分离出冬虫夏草的优良菌种 ,并获得冬虫夏草的子座。
We have sparated and purified the fresh aweto(Cordyceps sinensis),which was collected from Zhongdian,Yunnan of China,It and as compared with the separated aweto,which was collected from Lijiang,Yunnan of China.The good strains of aweto have been separated successfully.And the stroma of aweto has been gained.
