摘要
拉削是一种高精度、高效率、高复杂程度可最终成型的机械加工方法 ,在航空发动机制造业普遍被用来加工盘类零件的榫槽和叶片的榫头。文章详细地论述了拉削工艺方法 ,探讨了高速拉削的基本原理 ,综合分析了影响拉削表面质量及拉刀耐用度和寿命的因素 ,对传统的拉削工艺和高速拉削工艺进行了对比 ,论述了高速拉削工艺的先进性。文中以典型盘类零件榫槽加工为例 ,对纵树型榫槽的尺寸精度技术要求和拉削加工特点进行了研究 ,制定了先进合理的拉削参数、拉削方案和拉刀设计。
Broaching is a high_precision, high_efficiency and complicated machining way that can generate final shape, and it is used widely in aerospace engine manufacturing to machine spline ways for plate_type components and cogs for vanes. The text describes in detail the broaching process way, discusses the basic principle for high_speed broaching, analyzes comprehensively the factors influencing the surface quality and durability & service life of broaches, compares the conventional and high_speed broaching process, demonstrates the advanced features of high_speed broaching process. The text takes spline ways of typical plate components as example, studies the dimensional requirement and features for broaching for longitudinal spline ways, and makes up advanced and reasonable broaching parameters, programs and broach design.
