摘要
本文叙述了表面技术——电弧热喷涂技术在材料防腐上的应用。电弧喷涂是世界上较早的金属线材喷涂法。电弧热喷铝、锌涂层由于其优异的耐蚀性广泛地应用于钢铁结构上的防腐,特别是在海洋环境中钢结构的防腐。
The thesis expatiates on surface protection technology, electric-arc thermal spray coating, one of theearliest spray coating processes for metal materials, and its application in material anticorrosion. Due to itsexcellent corrosion resistance, the electric-arc process of thermal aluminum spray and of zinc coating is widelyapplied in corrosion-proof treatment for iron and steel structures, especially those in marine environment.
