摘要
鉴于目前常用的重力和惯性分气原理的气体分离器和重力式气锚 ,均不能很好地解决吐哈油田高气油井有杆泵采油气体对泵效的影响 ,研制了一种适合不同高气油比、不同产量的系列KPX偏心气体分离器。这种分离器的特点是利用偏心流道压降及速度分布差异的特点 ,来提高气液分离效率 ,达到提高泵效的目的。吐哈油田 70口井次的应用表明 ,使用该分离器可减小气体对抽油泵泵效的影响程度或完全消除 ,在常规井下气体分离器的基础上 ,平均单井泵效又提高 8 2 1%。
Since the commonly used gas separator and gravity gas anchor cannot eliminate the influence of the gas in rod pumped well with high gas cut in Tuha Oilfield, Series KPX downhole eccentric gas separators are developed. The characteristic of the new separator is improving the efficiency of gas-fluid separation and realizing pump efficiency increment by means of pressure drop in eccentric flow channel and difference of flow rate distribution. Field use shows that the pump efficiency in a single well can be improved by 8.21% when series KPX downhole eccentric gas separator is used instead of the conventional downhole gas separators.
