摘要
加拿大的里多运河是2007年登录世界文化遗产名录的新案例。它在申报文本中对于'突出普遍价值'的阐释以及对于遗产元素的认定为其他运河类遗产(例如我国的大运河)提供了宝贵的借鉴。本文将对里多运河申遗文本进行简要阐释,并针对其中遗产价值评估和提名地内遗产元素的定义及分类开展进一步研究,从而探讨当前世界遗产全球战略的趋势下运河类遗产如何回应不断变化的世界遗产标准,同时思考作为一种特殊类型的遗产形式,运河遗产如何做到更充分、有效的展示和保护。
Rideau Canal is a new property nominated on the World Heritage List.Its demonstration of OUV(outstanding universal value)and identification of heritage elements in the nomination dossier have provided valuable experience for other canal heritage such as the Grand Canal in China,a significant property on the Heritage Sites Under Preparation List.The aim of this paper is to give a basic research of the nomination dossier of Rideau Canal,by focusing on the property evaluation as well as the identification and classification of the heritage elements in the nominated area,in order to see how the heritage canal meets the changing criteria under the situation of Global Strategy,and how to interpret and protect this specific type of world heritage property,more comprehensively and more effectively.
