摘要
本文研究了唐代后期胥吏演变及官与吏的关系,认为唐后期国家行政运作体制及行政手段的变化,导致了旧有胥吏系统的解体及新型胥吏体系的产生。唐后期胥吏的变化体现在新型胥吏代替旧有流外官及官与吏界限模糊两个方面。
This article examines the transformation of Xuli(clerk)and its relationship with the Guan(official),arguing that the changes in the State’s administrative structure and practice in the last years of the Tang Dynasty led to the disintegration of the traditional Xuli system and the rising of a new-type Xuli.Such changes are manifested in the replacement of the traditional local officials by the new-type Xuli and the blurring of the distinction between Guan(official)and Li(clerk).
