摘要
研究以修辞学理论为视角,以英汉情景喜剧《成长的烦恼》和《家有儿女》为例,对其中的幽默言语所运用的修辞格进行对比分析,发现英汉语情景喜剧中运用的比喻、夸张、比拟、仿拟、反复、双关、移就、引用等修辞格手段具有极高的相似性,但是这并不说明英汉语情景喜剧中的幽默表达手段没有差异出现,这些差异多是由文化传统的不同而造成的。
From the perspective of rhetoric theory and taking English and Chinese sitcom'Growing Pains'and'Family with Children'as examples,the study makes a comparative analysis of the rhetorical devices used in humorous speech,it finds that the rhetorical devices used in English and Chinese sitcom such as metaphor,exaggeration,analogy,imitation,repetition,pun,transfer and quotation are highly similar,however,this does not mean that there are no differences in the means of humor expression between English and Chinese sitcoms,which are mostly caused by the differences in cultural traditions.
