摘要
高校思政助力乡村振兴人才建设对缓解乡村振兴人才短缺问题具有重要作用。引导教育是高校思政助力乡村振兴人才建设的基本方式。高校思政课、专业课、课外实践与活动是高校思政助力乡村振兴人才建设的基本路径。
The ideological and political support for the revitalization of rural areas in colleges and universities plays an important role in alleviating the shortage of rural revitalization talents. Guiding education is the basic way for colleges and universities to help the country to revitalize talents. College ideological and political courses, professional courses, extracurricular practices and activities are the basic path for colleges and universities to promote the construction of rural revitalization talents.
