摘要
目的:探析肺结核患者服药依从性在治疗中作用,提高护理质量。方法:选取研究时间为2017年6月至2017年11月间肺结核出院后复查的患者84例,采用问卷调查的方式,观察患者的服药依从性。结果:在对84例出院后复查的患者进行调查后分析得出,服药依从性高的患者为37例(占44.0%);服药依从性中等的患者为29例(占34.5%);服药依从性低的患者为18例(占21.4%)。护理对策:加强疾病的健康教育;重视药物治疗的护理;加强心理疏导;建立良好的社会和家庭支持系统;做好出院指导。
Objective: To explore the role of drug compliance in the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis patients and improve the quality of nursing care. Methods: From June 2017 to November 2017, 84 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis who were re-examined after discharge from hospital were investigated by questionnaire to observe their drug compliance. Results: After investigation and analysis of 84 patients after discharge from hospital, 37 cases(44.0%) with high drug compliance, 29 cases(34.5%) with moderate compliance and 18 cases(21.4%) with low compliance were found. Nursing countermeasure: strengthen the health education of disease;attach importance to the nursing of drug treatment;strengthen psychological guidance;establish a good social and family support system;do a good job of discharge guidance.
