摘要
教育机智既是教师教育智慧的外在展现,又是取得教育成功的必要条件。教育现象学视野中的教师教育要重视实践、关注体验、回归生活世界。基于此,运用回到事实本身、生活世界的现象学观点对教育机智进行理性追问,指出教育机智是一种情境性的智慧行动;是指向他人的实践;是对孩子生活体验的理解。它蕴含教师对学生的情感,能够塑造教育性情境,引导儿童构建人生意义。而教师教育机智的生成需要教师回归生活,加强教育生活体验、对儿童生活保持敏感和聆听、建立和谐的师生关系、关注教育事件,捕捉恰当的教育时机。
Educational wit is not only the external manifestation of teachers’ educational wisdom, but also the necessary condition for educational success. Teachers’ education in the visual field of educational phenomenology should pay attention to practice, experience and return to the world of life. Based on this, applying the phenomenological point of view back to the fact itself, this paper makes a rational inquiry into the educational wit, and points out that the educational wit is a kind of situational wisdom action, a practice pointing to others, and an understanding of the children’s life experience. It contains teacher’s emotion to students, can shape educational situation and guide children to construct life meaning. The generation of teachers’ educational wit requires teachers to return to life, to strengthen their educational life experience, to be sensitive and listening to children’s life, to establish harmonious teacher-student relationship, to pay attention to educational events, and to capture appropriate educational opportunities.
