摘要
哈罗德·品特(Harold Pinter)是英国著名的荒诞派戏剧家,其作品中刻画了许多试图通过圈禁自己,从而想要躲避外部威胁与袭击的小人物。本文从列斐伏尔的空间理论出发,分析品特中期剧作《情人》(The Lover)中的物质空间与心理空间,探讨在品特建构空间的过程中,人物之间如何通过争夺空间来构建自我身份并树立社会地位。
Harold Pinter is a famous British absurd dramatist. His work depicts a number of small people trying to avoid external threats and attacks by blocking themselves. Based on the space theory of Lefevere, this paper analyzes the material space and psychological space in Pinter’s Medium-term play the Lover, and probes into the process of Pinter’s construction of space. How to build self-identity and social status among characters by competing for space.
