中国制造2025背景下的泉州中小企业品牌发展策略研究

摘要 品牌之都泉州高度重视品牌建设,以民营经济"泉州模式"而著称的泉州还存在着众多中小企业,一些企业品牌发展取得一定的成绩,但是通过走访多家企业,发现泉州中小企业品牌发展存在一些问题,如缺乏专业品牌管理人才和团队,欠缺系统品牌建设思路等,本文结合中国制造2025对泉州中小企业品牌管理提出针对性的发展策略。 Quanzhou, the capital of brand, attaches great importance to brand construction, and Quanzhou, which is famous for its private economy 'Quanzhou model', still has many small and medium-sized enterprises. Some enterprises have made some achievements in brand development, but through visiting many enterprises, It is found that there are some problems in the brand development of small and medium-sized enterprises in Quanzhou, such as the lack of professional brand management talents and teams, the lack of systematic brand building ideas, and so on. This paper puts forward targeted development strategies for the brand management of small and medium-sized enterprises in Quanzhou with the combination of made in China 2025.
