摘要
人工智能的崛起波及各个领域,在智能机器广泛应用的今天,教育领域也引入了大量人工智能产品,包括智能批改系统、评估系统、办公系统等。那么在与大量人工智能机器交互时,传统的教师角色已然不能适应高科技、大数据、互联网的冲击,这就需要教师传统角色进行适当的转变。在人工智能的驱使下,教师的传统角色应由原来的角色一体化逐渐转变为角色分工清晰化;由原来知识传授人的角色逐渐转变为学习规划人、知识引导人的角色;由原来独立完成教学任务逐渐转变为与人工智能机器合作完成任务;由单纯传授知识偏重转变为培养学生的AIQ能力偏重;由培养有知识的青年的目标转变为培养具有创新创业能力的新一代。这些转变就要求在人工智能风靡的驱使下,教师们应顺应时代的发展,逐渐更新教师传统角色,以培养出适应人工智能时代的新一代智能青年。
The widely application of artificial intelligence has had important effect on all the fields. Meanwhile, this trend also drives the shift of teachers’ traditional role. The role of teachers gradually shifts from integration to a clear defining of roles;shifts from the knowledge-passer to the study-planner and knowledge-instructor;shifts from completing the teaching task independently to completing the task with the cooperation of artificial intelligence machines;shifts from focusing on inculcating knowledge to cultivating students’ AIQ;shifts from only cultivating knowledgeable students to train students’ innovative and entrepreneurial ability. This requires that, driven by the popularity of AI, teachers should adapt to the development of the era and gradually renew the traditional roles of teachers so that they can cultivate a new generation who adapt to the era of AI.
