摘要
考试管理是一项具有规范性、复杂性、周期性的工作,教务员在考务管理工作中起着非常重要的作用。高校教务员在考务工作中充当不同角色。既是考试报名的组织者又是考试报名费的收银员;既是考试工作的执行者又是考试工作中突发事件的急救员;既是试卷的保管者又是试卷的搬运工;也是考试总结的统计员。
Examination management is a kind of work with standardization, complexity and periodicity. Educational staff plays a very important role in examination administration.The academic staff of colleges and universities play different roles in the examination work.It is not only the organizer of examination registration but also the cashier of examination registration fee; the executor of examination work and the first aid worker in examination work; the custodian of test paper and the porter of test paper; and the statistician of examination summary.
