摘要
党的十八届三中全会提出,应推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化,也就是说创新社会治理方法和提高社会治理能力已成为国家的政策方针,而民族地区的社会治理是国家治理体系里的重要一环,本文以公众参与治理为视角,通过调研黄南州泽库县在社会治理领域的典型事例,了解该县在社会治理的过程中公众参与的情况,以此为基础来分析泽库县公众参与社会治理存在的问题,针对这些问题提出构建和完善相关公众参与社会治理机制的对策。
The Third Plenary Session of the 18 th Third Plenary Session of the Communist Party of China( CPC) proposed that the modernization of the national governance system and the governance capacity should be advanced, that is to say, the innovation of the social governance method and the improvement of the ability of social governance have become an important part of the national governance system, and the social governance in the minority areas is an important part of the national governance system.
