摘要
高职院校在倡导"工匠精神"的过程中主要有以下几个途径:推进人才培养模式的根本改革,寻找现有课程和专业培养中的"工匠精神"资源,通过实践让学生进一步了解"工匠精神",形成具有浓郁的"工匠精神"校园文化等。
Higher vocational colleges mainly has the following several ways in the process of advocating "artisan spirit" : to promote personnel training reform mode, look for existing courses and professional training in the "craftsman spirit" resources, through practice for students to further understand the artisan spirit, has the strong artisan spirit of campus culture formation.
