摘要
高职教育的培养目标是培养高级技术应用人才,所以高职教育要求具有更高的实践水平的师资队伍。高职院校应注重社会资源的充分利用,深化校企合作,实现校企相互渗透,逐步建设一支稳定的专业知识扎实、实践能力过硬的高职教育师资队伍。
The goal of higher vocational education is cultivating advanced technology talents, so a higher level of practical teaching staff is required. Higher vocational colleges should pay attention to the full utilization of social resources, deepen the cooperation between schools and enterprises to achieve mutual penetration of them, and gradually build a stable teaching staff with professional knowledge and excellent practical ability.
