摘要
关于法官员额制改革,在我国由来已久,法官员额制改革关系司法改革成功与否。2014年员额制改革以来,从实施来看,存在部分优秀法官未能入额;法院人案矛盾加剧等问题。因此,我们需要确立合理法官员额比例;建立合理的退出机制;扩充司法辅助人员队伍,完善配套设施。
The reform of the post system of judges has long been in our country, and the reform of the system of judicial officials is also related to the success of judicial reform. Since the reform of the post system of judges in 2014, there have been some problems such as the failure of some outstanding judges to enter the court and the intensification of contradictions between the court and the people. Therefore, we need to establish a reasonable proportion of the judge posts, establish a reasonable exit mechanism, expand the judicial auxiliary staff, and improve the supporting facilities.
