摘要
自我教育是中职德育有效教学的重要路径,充分体现了中职德育教师在开放创新、兼容并包时代精神的引领下对于学生一如既往的人文关怀。中职德育教师应充分尊重学生身心发展的普遍规律,综合运用日记修行、个别谈话、环境感召等手段促进中职学生职业化成长。
Self education is an important path of vocational moral education teaching effectively, fully embodies the moral education of teachers in open innovation under the guidance of the spirit of the times, all-embracing humane care for the students as in the past.Moral education teachers in secondary vocational schools should fully respect the universal law of students' physical and mental development, and promote the professional growth of secondary vocational students by means of diary, practice, individual conversation, environmental inspiration and so on.
