摘要
内容依托教学法(Content—Based Instruction,简称CBI),是一种内容与语言结合的教学方法。语言课堂的活动围绕具体的主题,活动旨在刺激学生通过运用目标语言来思考和学习。CBI教学法于20世纪90年代中期引入中国,英语教学注重将学科知识的学习围绕于教学主题展开,通过学科知识建立语境,教学任务与话题密切结合,使学生达到学习语言技能的目标。
Content-based instruction is a language teaching approach to combine content and language teaching together.The focus of a CBI lesson is on the topic or subject matter.The goal of CBI is to prepare students to acquire the languages while using the context of any subject matter so that students learn the language by using it within the specific context.CBI was introduced into China in 1990's.During the lesson students are focused on learning about something around the subject.CBI effectively increases learners' English language proficiency.
