摘要
教师人际文化是校园文化内容的重要组成部分。通过对中小学教师间人际文化冲突的现状调查,提出中小学教师间人际文化冲突的调适策略。
The teacher's interpersonal culture is an important part of campus culture content.Through the investigation into the status quo of human culture conflict between primary and secondary school teachers,primary and secondary school teachers put forward between interpersonal adjustment strategy of cultural conflict.
