摘要
2016年,工匠精神作为一个热词出现在政府工作报告之中,李克强总理强调了培养精英求精的工匠精神的时代意义。这也对高职院校的教学和管理提出了更高的要求。鉴于此,高职院校应该从分析工匠精神的内涵出手,探索弘扬时代精神的重要性,从校企文化融合作为切入点,探索培养学生工匠精神的途径和手段。
In 2016,the spirit of craftsman appeared as a hot word in the government work report.Premier Li Keqiang stressed the significance of cultivating the spirit of artisan.This also puts forward higher requirements for the teaching and management of higher vocational colleges.In view of this,higher vocational colleges should analyze the connotation of artisan spirit,explore the importance of carrying forward the spirit of the times,and explore ways and means to train students' artisan spirit from the integration of school enterprise culture as a breakthrough point.
