摘要
短跑项目是运动项目中十分重要的一项,它具有距离短、速度快等特点。需要在器官大量缺氧的条件下完成,属于无氧运动。随着科学技术的发展,短跑训练科学化程度提高,越来越重视短跑放松技术对短跑速度的作用。很多国内外的教练将研究的重点放在短跑放松技术上,而不只是单纯的将重点放在发展身体素质以及改进跑步技术上了。
Sprint is one of the most important sports events. It has the characteristics of short distance and fast speed. It needs to be done under the condition of large amount of organ hypoxia, which belongs to anaerobic exercise. With the development of science and technology, the scientific level of dash training has been improved. More and more attention has been paid to the role of sprint relaxation techniques in sprint speed. Many coaches at home and abroad will focus on sprint relaxation techniques, not just focusing on developing physical fitness and improving running skills.
