摘要
艺术硕士专业学位研究生教育的培养特点对导师队伍提出了高标准、高要求,鉴于当前艺术硕士导师队伍存在的诸多问题,提出了优化导师队伍的措施:建立校内导师分类遴选和分类考核制度,建立健全导师培养机制,加强校内导师艺术实践能力培养,加强校外导师学术能力和教学水平培养,并以江苏省研究生工作站和产业教授为抓手,以艺术实践基地建设为契机,进一步扩充校外导师队伍。
The characteristics of training art master degree postgraduate education puts forward high standards and high demand for the tutor team, in view of problems existing in current art master tutor, puts forward the optimization measures: establish school teacher selection and classification assessment system, establish and perfect the teacher training mechanism, strengthen the training of school teacher art practice ability, strengthen extramural academic ability and teaching level, and in Jiangsu province graduate Professor workstation and industry as the starting point, to the art practice base construction as an opportunity to further expand the school teacher team.
