摘要
校外实习是培养高校大学生尤其是高职学生综合能力的重要阶段,在他们最终走向工作岗位的过程中扮演重要的角色。目前大学生与高校之间存在着学生对实习单位不了解、学生不服从高校安排实习单位等问题日益突出,亟须有效的方法解决。本文提出借助社会工作管理模式的先进方法,在大学生中引入联动性工作模式、养成性工作模式和治疗性工作模式处理学生校外实习的种种问题,提供了一种新的问题解决思路。
Off campus internship is an important stage to cultivate the comprehensive ability of college students, especially the students in higher vocational colleges. At present, there are many problems, such as the lack of understanding of the students and the students' failure to obey the arrangement of the internship units in colleges and universities. In this paper by means of advanced methods of management mode of social work, it is a new way to deal with the problems of students' out of school practice by introducing the working mode of linkage, the mode of nurturance work and the working mode of treatment.
