摘要
为了对高职院辅导员的工作状态进行全方位的分析,了解辅导员的工作满意度,以及高职院辅导员在工作中遇到的一系列问题,针对问题进行原因分析,以便提高辅导员的工作状态。
In order to carry on the omni-directional analysis of working status of vocational school counselor, understand the job satisfaction of counselors, and vocational school counselors in a series of problems in the work, according to an analysis of the causes problems, in order to improve the working status of counselors.
