摘要
分配公平是社会经济发展的重大问题,直接关系到人民的切身利益,关系到改革发展稳定的全局。改革开放三十年,我国在各领域发展迅猛,但分配不公问题却日益突出,各群体之间的收入差距不断扩大,严重影响了我国经济社会的良好发展。十八大也强调了多渠道增加居民财产性收入。规范收入分配秩序,保护合法收入,增加低收入者收入,调节过高收入,取缔非法收入。这就为促进分配公平指明了方向,对健全具体的分配制度也有重要意义。
Distributive justice is an important issue which social and economic development,is direcdy related to the vital interests of the people,is related to reform,development and stability of the global.30 years of reform and opening-up,our country developing rapidly in all fields,but unfair distribution problem is increasingly prominent,the widening income gap between the groups,serious impact on the development of China's economic and social good.The eighteenth big also stressed the multi-channel increase residents' property income.We should standardize the order of income distribution,protect lawful income,increase the income of low-income earners,regulate excessively high incomes and ban illegal gains.It's to promote pointed out the direction of distributive justice,to improve the concrete distribution system also has important significance.
