摘要
高职学生就业难的问题业已成为不可忽视的社会焦点问题,特别是在高压的就业形势下,高职毕业生就业工作变得举步维艰。人马未动,粮草先行,在就业大军中,如何帮助高职学生制定出合理的职业规划,并解决其就业问题成为学校工作者的重点研究课题。本文从高职汉语专业学生职业规划课程设置方面切入,了解汉语专业学生职业规划教育模式,并提出针对性的建议,培养汉语专业学生的核心能力,提升学生的社会工作能力,从而更好地应对就业所带来的挑战。
The problem of graduates' employment in high vocational college is a hot issue which cannot be ignored. Faced with the severe employment situation, helping graduates to make a rational career planning is the important research subject. For cultivating the professional core competencies, the thesis takes the high vocational college students who major in Chinese language as the example, to study the educational mode of career planning, and give some suggestions to better confront the challenge of obtain employment.
