摘要
随着经济全球化的进一步发展,中国和外国的交流日益频繁,中英的对比研究也引起了更多学者的关注。英语和汉语都有主动语态和被动语态,但是英语中被动语态的使用更为常见,如何把英语的被动语态更为灵活和自然地译成对应的汉语是本文研究的重点。本文通过分析《呼啸山庄》的两个译本(杨苡和方平),讨论英语被动结构的翻译方法,在考虑到中西方文化、语言、思维方式的差异的基础上进行翻译,从而促进跨文化交流。
With the further development of the economic globalization, China communicates with foreign countries more frequently than before, and contrastive analysis between English and Chinese arouses more attention. Both English and Chinese have active sentences and passive sentences, but English uses passive structures more than Chinese. This paper will analyze the translation of Wuthering Heights' passive structures into two Chinese versions, discuss the common methods of translating passive structures. The differences of cultures, languages, thinking modes between Chinese and Western all influence the translation methods, so translators should consider these differences comprehensively and then promote the cross-cultural communication.
