摘要
近年来,由于高校扩招,就业难日益凸显。少数民族大学生的就业问题引起社会各界的广泛关注。从职业生涯规划的角度出发,探究少数民族大学生如何提升就业能力。
In recent years, due to the expansion of college enrollment, employment is difficult to become increasingly prominent. The employment of minority college students has aroused wide concern from all walks of life.
