摘要
体育学科是素质教育体系的重要组成部分,体育教育受到传统民族文化的影响,在一些体育项目存在明显的地域性以及民族特色,有这部分体育项目构成的体育系统被称之为民族传统体育,民族传统体育不仅具有体育运动最基本的强身健体的作用,而且也承载了我国悠久和神秘的民族文化,尤其是少数民族传统体育,它们在劳动人们的生产和生活中产生,是劳动人民智慧的结晶,因此当代体育课堂,应该承担起传承和发扬中国传统体育的责任,深入挖掘少数民族传统体育的教育价值,以此丰富体育教学内容,提升学生的整体身体素质。
Physical education is an important part of quality education system, physical education is influenced by traditional culture, there is a clear regional and national characteristics, national traditional sports not only has the role of physical fitness, but also carries our ancient and mysterious culture, especialy the traditional sports of ethnic minorities, they produced in the working people's production and life, is the essence of the wisdom of working people, so contemporary sports classroom should undertake the responsibility to inherit and carry forward the Chinese traditional sports, dig the educational value of traditional sports of ethnic minorities, so as to enrich teaching content and improve the overal physical quality of the students.
