摘要
随着我国近年来高校的不断扩招,我国的高等教育正在向大众化阶段不断迈进,大学生就业难成为高等教育的突出问题,也是社会极度关注的热点问题。对高职学生进行创业指导教育,对大学生理性创业进行引导,符合高职院校发展的内涵,能够满足时代对于教育的需求,有效缓解大学生就业压力,实现社会创新。本文针对创业指导课程进行概述,并以"从做中学"作为行为导向,组织高职学生通过组建模拟公司,对创业过程中的相关环节进行模拟管理,使学生能够更好地掌握创业知识,最后对模拟公司教学方式的优势以及存在的问题进行分析。
In recent years, with the enrollment expansion of universities, Chinese higher education is popularized, the difficult employment of college students has become a prominent problem of higher education, but also social hot issues. Entrepreneurship education of higher vocational students, guide students to a rational business, in line with the connotation of the development of higher vocational colleges, to meet the demand of era of education, to effectively alleviate the employment pressure of college students, to achieve social innovation. This paper deals with the career guidance curriculum, and"learning by doing" as the behavior oriented, vocational student organization set up simulation company, the relevant parts of the entrepreneurial process of management simulation, to enable students to better grasp the business knowledge, in the final analysis, simulation teaching advantages and existing problems.
