摘要
我国社会大环境在发生着深刻的变化,高等院校正在进行着前所未有的发展和整合,高校思政工作应该深入研究现实问题,构建工作新机制。本文首先阐述了高校思政工作机制的意义,然后构建了高校思想政治工作新机制,在此基础上论述了新机制的保障策略。
The social environment of our country is undergoing profound changes, the institutions of higher learning are undergoing unprecedented development and integration. The ideological and political work in Colleges and universities should study the realistic problems and build a new working mechanism. This paper firstly expounds the significance of the ideological and political work mechanism, and then constructs a new mechanism of ideological and political work in coleges and universities.
