摘要
开架借阅与闭架借阅相比,具有较高的优越性与便利性,也是图书馆服务的主要方式,但是在具体的实施过程中,开架借阅也存在一定的问题,为了更好地服务于读者,需要不断创新和改进开架借阅管理方式,提升流通馆员的素质及职业形象。
Compared with closed shelves lending, the open-shelf books borrowing and reading has more advantages and more convenience, also is the main mode of library service, but in the concrete implementation process, also has certain problem, open-shelf books borrowing and reading in order to better serve the readers, requires constant innovation and improvement management way, the open-shelf books borrowing and reading to enhance the quality of circulation librarians and professional image.
