摘要
介绍了初中学困生行为表现,并在对其行为心理分析的基础上提出转化策略:一给予充分的信赖与肯定,给他们心理依靠;二采用温和的方式、宽容的态度,解除其心理违抗;三善于沟通与倾听,给学困生提供排解渠道;四提供具体可行的指导与帮助,逐步转化。
This paper introduces the behavior of junior high school poor students, and analyzes the psychological causes, and then put forward transformation strategies: First, give them full trust and affirmation, let them have the psychological dependence; Second, with moderate, tolerant attitude, relieve their psychological defiance; Third, communicate and listen, give poor student psychological comfort channels; Fourth, provide concrete guidance and help, gradual transformation.
