摘要
基于一个新任辅导员的视角,根据高职院校班级特点,从班级组织框架、管理制度、文化生态三个方面探索高职院校班级管理路径,对于新任辅导员学生日常事务管理能力的提升具有重要的现实意义。
Based on the perspective of new instructors, according to the characteristics of higher vocational college class, from class organization framework, management system and cultural ecology three aspects to explore the path of class management in higher vocational colleges, for the new instructors ability of the students' daily affairs management has important practical significance.
